Hi Airtel,

I have taken the new Airtel connection at June end in Airtel showroom- Konappana agrahara,Electronics city,Bangalore-100. I have given my photo proof and local address proof also to Baskar-9880597121

I got a call from customer care to verify my address proof after 15 days and cleared the verification.

Tele Marketing Harrassment from Reliance Life Insurance

Dear Sir,

Despite being registered on donot call directory I have been repeatedly harrassed by Tele marketing calls from Reliance Life Insurance to sell their products to me.

Two such calls have come today (30-9-2010) from the number +911147151611 at 16:15 noon and 14:48 noon.

Balance deduction and pathetic customer executives

Hello,

I am a prepaid user, I had done recharge of 333(full talktime) and just made 3-4 calls in the evening my balance was showing Rs 205 I launched a complaint and got a complaint ID and they assured problem will be solved withing 4 hrs and in the morning my balance was Rs 40 after the that i made 6-7 complaints but the issue was not solved.
