Insufficient Bandwidth

For the last 5 years I have had the above broadband connection. The service has always been bad but in the last 6 months I keep getting an error message ‘Insufficient Bandwidth’ while audio streaming which requires only 128 kbps. I the undersigned Lalita Raju Patil first take the Agency of SBI Life Insurance but i did not like the job so I resign from the SBI Life Ins. Co. Service. I got SBI termination letter on 5/10/2009 & agency terminated on 17/9/2009 then I wish to like to take Agency from LIC. I complete all the formalities to take the LIC Agency. MANUFATURING WARRANTY AVAILABLE: 30.07.2010

DEAR ONES!
Several problems which occured before WARRANTY PERIOD, lie same after the warranty period.During repair..warranty crossed by two days.

I want 100% cash refund, but they are saying “you will get only 50% refund”.

please clarify what to do?
