I HV GONE TO DUBAI FOR ONE WEEK. FROM 24TH DEC TO 30 DEC. DURING THIS PERIOD I HV MISSED TO PAY MY MOBILE BILL HENCE MY ALL SERVICES WERE STOPPED. I have recharged Rs.400/-(RCV) in the 1st Week of January-2012 in my above Data Card. After such Recharge I have found my previous balance of Rs.834/- not carried forward and I have received the value of the present recharge only.
In the month of Jan’12 I have recharged by BSNL-3G data Card by Rs.400/-RCV. at that point my previous balance was Rs.834/-only. After recharge the said previous balance not carried forward. And I received only the value of Rs.400/- of my present recharge in the month of Jan’11.
Please check & clarify the matter.
