At the outset, I wish to inform you that me and my family are long time subscribers of Airtel. With 4 Airtel tele connections and an Airtel broadband – I least expect such uncouth behaviour from the largest telecom player in the country. I “was” of the belief that Airtel was an ethical company – not resorting to backhanded techniques to make money of its customer.
Ihave applied for porting from AIRTEL to Bsnl.To day myAirtel provider switched off their service.Local agent offerd me a new bsnl sim.But sorry to say till now no tower with this new sim.Old & new both sims are not workingpresently.Pl activate my BSNL sim.09.00PM/29.12.2011 Continue reading

But since more than one year they have not helped me do so.
