I ordered one oven tandoor from Starcj Alive on 12-Nov-2011 (order number 2011-11-12-023345) with card payment of Rs 3400. As per their website and customer care they shipped my order on 19th Nov through courier Gati.
But Gati is saying that never recieved any courier for me.
I didn’t get the product till 29th november and after many calls to customer care they cancelled my order.
