Caution on Online Bus Booking – Failed Transaction

I tried to book a bus ticket (online) from HYD to MUMBAI on 22 Dec 2013. The amount of Rs1200 was debited from my card but tkt did not materialise. Failed booking. I repeatedly tried to contact them , over 100 calls, but of no use. The representatives only gave new names and new ph numbers. My complaint nbr is 161984. I have sent 2 regd/ACK letters dt 18/3/14 and 24/4/14 but have not received any reply.SMS was sent to a couple of nbrs and msg were posted on Feedback. They just have no desire to return this amount. Ph Mr Abdul on 25/3/14 (6 mins), Ms Waheeda on 10/4/14, she promised to get back but never did, on 24/4/14 I talked to Ms Shamshad. I have talked to Ms Sujata , mr Sahu and numerous others. They have not replied to date. They are harassing the customer and misappropriating Rs 1200.
