I had purchased a CERA Soft Close Cintia seat cover for An EWC wall hung -CERA2330for Rs1082 along with other sanitary stores.As the seat cover when in use closes on its own,causing discomfort, I had complained about it to both the CERA authorities & the dealer.Though the complaint was allotted Ticket No:160960,no further action has been taken by them to replace the defective item,even after repeated requests.

I am unable to use the WC in comfort, though I have spent Rs4158/= totally to install the WC in addition to Rs2200/= in labor charges.
