I had booked a house HIG Std II in CG housing board the initial cost was Rs 1800000. But later on it was revised and increased to Rs 2030000. I have paid the total increased amount to CG Housing Board. Now before possession they have raised a demand of Rs 399619 saying the land cost has been increase. The registry for the said land on which the house has been constructed was done by me in March 2013. Chhattisgarh Government gives benefit by only doing land registry in house registry required in the State government home projects. I wish to know how can the land cost be increased after the registry of the same land has been done before.

Firstly, They have not handed over the house as per there schedule. Secondly, They are charging interest from the customer on late payment of the instalment as per there schedule letter. Thirdly, after the registry of land, how can they increase the price of the same land. Fourth, The amount for the house taken the quality of the house they are providing is very poor.
