This travel agency booked a room for MR. PRASAD RASAL(ph no. 09423081602) on 16th may, 2014 in my hotel GK president for 3 people on MAP plan (non veg)amounting to Rs. 3500/- three thousand five hundred. They have not deposited the money in my ICICI bank account no. 632205500375 from the last 10 days and when I call, they say we will deposit in 2 days, please don’t charge from guest. They have taken the money from Mr. RASAL but have not forwarded it to me.

my business loss and their payment amounting to 10,000/- and mental harassment and insult over phone which can not be repaid by money, but nonetheless Rs. 50,000/- would be enough to compensate the losses and tension
