I paid Rs.300/- for 12months subscription of Chandamana (Oriya) by online on 25.07.2013. I am yet to get a copy of the same. I have mailed them on 16.08.2013 about the problem and they wrote that I will get my copy from next month but it didn’t happen. Then I called them 2/3 times but till date I am yet to get a copy.

All I want is my subscription to be entertained by the magazine and also they should be penalised for not sticking to their commitment of sending magazine for last 6 months.
