I have subscribed their magazine “Chandamama” in the month of December 2012. The details are here under:- Name of the Publications: Chandamama Hindi Order Id: 21321 Subscription No: HIN000558 Validity: 12 Month Start Date: February-2013 End Date: January-2014Order No: 21321. As per their subscription rules, my magazine should have come in the month of January. Later on, when I have not received the subscription copy, I have contacted them. I have received their email response on 22.01.2013, that they will start the subscription from February month. Again I followed up on 14th Feb. 2013 since I have not received the subscription copy. My mail response came on 04.03.2013 that due to some printing issues, there is a delay in February month issue. Again on 22.03.2013 I have followed up since then also not a single copy of Feb. or March month was received. No reply came. On 5th April, I have again followed up for Feb, March and April month issue of Chandamama magazine, No response came. Again on 11th April, I wrote strongly that I would go for legal case a response to my mail is not received with in 7 days. On April 12, they replied that Feb. month issue was sent to me already and again they will resending the same. March and April issue will be dispatched to me shortly. Although nothing is till date received.

My economic loss is Rs. 300.

I want either full refund of my amount or all the subscription copies to be sent in 1 lot in registered post.
