HSBC Bank,Not able to access my own money, HSBC cheating on people

On 13-Jul-13, Went to HSBC Pedder Road branch to request for a new security device as old one was not working, so cannot access account online or do any transaction. Despite having security devices available I was asked to raise request through phone (No other bank in Mumbai does that!). 4 days later I got a security device but when I generate pin it still not allows login to my account online saying security code is incorrect. Also have received another text from HSBC on 20-Jul-13 that another security device has been dispatched (Who on earth requested for this?)

Have not been able to access my account online for more than a week now. a) Was not able to extract statements which I needed for a visa purpose. When called customer care to send that through email given its an issue with the Bank system that day and the device, they asked me to pay Rs 200 per statement + service tax. Not able to transfer money. Need damages to be paid.

A working security device as am supposed to travel abroad in 5 days from now. Damages caused should be paid.
