I m prepaid card holder having government card of 10 paisa per minit. Last friday i got a message recharg 175/- and get talktime of 175/-. As soon as i recharg my Govt. plan of 10 paisa has change. I make a complaint on 198. My complaint no is 426661020. they told me we will resolve the problem upto 28.4.2010. but till to date ie upto 30.4.2010 no body communicte me. When i get card of Govt plan they taken my document and sign on the form. But when they chang my plan that time they neighter ask me nor communicte me.

So my question is how airtel change my plan without my concent. Now i wnt to move to CONSUMER COURT for this frudulant practice of the co.
