I purchase spice mobile 5252n.in last december.when I Purchase mobile than mobile phone multimedia not proper working .when i say to shopkeeper complant this phone .than say me you can go to service center .when I go to service centure than he say me that this model no multimedia working same because this modle software is not in company .so sir please help me.
