I am Dr. Ashok kumar Tiwari, using cell number 9934211550 from past 5 years. I would like to inform you that I have been charged Rs.700 for downloading games between 7.40am to 7.54 am while I didn’t download any games. I also talked to customer care but didn’t get a satisfactory answer. I want my money back and also I don’t want any forced services to be activate over my number in future.This is really very irritating to call customer care for the problem which has been forced by you people.
