Dear Sir/Madam, I have been residing in Chaitanyapuri locality (near Dilshuknagar) for the past 8 years. Recently shops in the areas have been charging more than the marked MRP on beverages and milk packets for cooling them. When consumers demand receipt they simply deny or refuse to sell the products to them. The only explanation they offer is that they are using their electricity to cool such products and that’s why charging customers for their electricity.

As a customer (and behalf of other pained customers), I request the officials to put an end to this unfair practice. And since shop keepers exploit customers please help the customers and kindly take necessary action on the culprits at the earliest possible.
