We have being going through pathetic customer service experience for our connection with you in name of SUSHIL KUMAR- 01132968854 for last 2 months now. Problems being faced:- 1) Call drops and extreme voice breaking since last two months and we are unable to use the phone altogether. In this case why should I pay the bill for the current month? 2) False representation by Relaince technicians- The technicians visiting our home for checking the instrument said that the call drop was due to fault in instrument, whereas when we purchased the new instrument, the same problem persists resulting in unnecessary loss to us due to additional purchase. 3) NO bill and warranty given on new handset purchased from your reliance Punjabi Bagh Outlet. The most surprising was that the MRP sticker had been erased from the box and no cash received receipt was provided to us. Moreover we as a platinum customer always enjoyed 50% discount on new handset but this time no such discount was given and executive clearly said that you have no warranty of this handset. 4)Forced to pay for the bills for the time when i have not availed any services. 5) Reliance Representative Ms. Manu guide me to go for disconnection. this is pathetic as in-spite of providing resolution they tell customer to exit. 6) Complaint no lodged with customer care closed without our consent,feedback and resolution. complaint ID 202168695
