Hello Sir/Madam,

My account number is 0406001500000251 (Account Holder- Ajay, Fathers Name- Virender Singh Malik).

In date of 14 May 2013 there is deduction of Rs. 5000 from my account. But i have not credit or even request of Rs. 5000 on that day. In PNB ATM Bust stand, Bahadurgarh (Distt- Jhajjar) i used my ATM card but that time that ATM machine is not working. The ATM machine not accept the Pin number of any card holder, so hows it possible to make transaction of Rs. 5000.

Please sort out my problem shortly. PNB is a trust-able bank for me, so please keep your trust and sort out my problem.
