i have been cheated by the airtel broadbnd, by sending me bills of the service which is not in use by me or any other member of my family. after complaining many times on the costumer care no. 0172-4444121 no proper feedback is given to me. when i went to the airtel office in rajiv gandhi technology park in manimajara, instead of resolving my problem, they are puting the blame on some other person, by saying that he is using the service and i am unaware of that. in the starting two or three months after the complaint, and comitment of getting my internet disconnected,from october2009-jan2010 they have been retaining me by their own.
