Dear team at complaintbox,

I believe this forum can in some way help me with the complaints that i have with my prepaid Airtel connection no. 9894243653. Since past 2 moths I have been charged Rs.30 and money has automatically been deducted from my account for Airtel friendz chat which i have never subscribed. i receive nonsense sms which is also very irritating. I have been using airtel for past 4years. but now i know thru this forum there are many others like me who are facing the problems with airtel. may be with lot of new service providers coimng in with better service its time for us to change. I dont think airtel team cares anyway. Their website is so confusing which doent even have a proper link to customer complaints. and they are not accessible thru phone too. pls raise this issue to whatever levels possible and hoping to get a solution for this.
