I have taken insurance policy No.02090031090110001367 for my Indica Vista Vehicle No.AP29AH7436 in United India Insurance Company Limited, Mumbai (the INSURER) Divisional Office: 9, Rohit Chambers, 5th Floor, Janmabhoomi Marg, Fort, Mumbai = 400 001.

My vehicle met an accident in August, 2009, a Surveyor by name Mr.Surender Reddy (Mobile No.9391915556) at Hyderabad was appointed by the INSURER and he has collected Claim Form, copies of Driving Licence, Registration Certificate of my Vehicle and Original Bills for having paid the amount to Concorde Motors (India) Limited, who have repaired my Vehicle. The Surveyor has sent the total file to the INSURER at Mumbai. My Claim No.is 2090031092430000163.

I have not received payment of my claim even after considerable time of almost four months have elapsed.

I have sent 3 emails to INSURER at their grievance division, romumbai1 and romumbai 2 addresses but no response has been received till date.

I request you to kindly use your good office and arrange to settle my claim at the earliest.
