Dear Sir,

I am presently consumer of Airtel Bharati Mobile Service. After receiving a call from their service center my balance has been deducted by some rupees,
after contact to the customer service i have came to know that it was for receiving that call.

My moblie no. is 8016380353. After a single contact i can not even contact to the customer service, now i refund my money but unable to contact them, I do’nt know how should i get my money back and contact open to them from my mobile, please advice me . I also lodge a complain to them at first time contact . Complain no is 0468366300 and customer executive name was Ujjal Mukherjee.
