Hi Kindly note I had booked a mobile through SHOPCLUE on 24th January 2016 through order no. 83191798 and paid Rs. 7299 through my credit card no. 46178770XXXXXX54. This transition was made by me with my authorization. But I was delivered total 4 mobiles through 4 different order numbers in February 2016. While going through my credit card bills I came to know that for 01 order (Order NO. 83191798) SHOPCLUE have claimed the full amount (which is correct and against the above order which I have made myself the transition) i.e. Rs. 7299. For 01 order SHOPCLUE have made in 03 months EMI which is NOT made by ME. I have not made this Transition. For remaining 02 order SHOPCLUE had made in 06 months EMI which is NOT made by ME. I have not made this Transition. Order Numbers are: 83115175 / 83112956 / 83116071 I think somebody intentionally stolen my credit card details/password/etc by SHOPCLUE while doing the transition for the first order.

I have sent several mails and phone calls to SHOPCLUE but not getting any feedback from them. Further, I want to from HDFC bank how my credit card details / PASSWORD being stolen and made these 3 transitions of around Rs 21000. The bank has not intimated about this transition to me. I am requesting don’t not to release the fund to SHOPCLUE till the matter get sorted. If I will not get any reply, then I will go to consumer court and also file a FIR in Delhi police cyber crime division. Thanks Ranjit Sahoo 995XXX4434
