Hi, I bought ktm rc 390 from Ranchi, Jharkhand on FEB 26th 2016 and till today they didn’t deliver me the insurance paper and temporary number. They keep saying they will give the next day but nothing happens. Help..

I have bought a KTM Duke 390 from KTM Park Street Showroom on 28/03/2015. But till the date of writing I have not received my Registration Card (Smart Card). I think 5 months is more than enough to issue a Smart Card. Please look into the matter.
