Reg Complaint for cheating and fraud by Reliance Broad band.

Your Honour,

I submit a complaint on Reliance broad band who cheated me by taking money and neither the connection was provided nor the complaint is being attended. I have tried my level best with reliance to resolve the problem but in vain. I request you to kindly help me in resolving my complaint by issuing directives to compensate the harassment for over a period of more than one year and not providing the requested connection .

(This was for getting a Landline and Broadband connection of RELIANCE at my residence )

The undersigned wanted a broadband line and the landline at my place (Above address) last year. A representative of Reliance visited my residence on 21/3/2008 He, Mr Manish Limbachin (Mobile No 9904525661 dated 21/3/2008) gave his Visiting Card addressed as :-

• He filled up application request Form Bearing No 11000016952571. He collected A/c payee cheque No 609642 and 609644 Initially for Rs 2500 but came back and got the amount changed from Rs 2500 later to Rs 3000 with installation charges of Rs 500 . (Appearing obviously after thought of the confused representative Mr Limachin of Reliance).

• He handed over the counterfoil of request application with Number as 11000016952571 duly signed as Sales Executive dtd 21/3/08 at my residence, Ahmedabad

• The amount of Rs 3000 was debited from my SF a/c on 3/4/2008 through Cheque No 609642. (State Bank of Saurastra ,Bopal)

I posses the documentary evidences of above happenings with me.

The connection is yet to be made available despite Rs 3000 was debited to my a/c as above.

Further more:-

However one time more Mr Jaydeep Soni (Mobile No 9376908505) approached me again on 21/4/2008 and took a cheque No 609643 for Rs 1000 assuring for needful but ………in vain

I personally visited office of Reliance Located near Sholapur Bridge ,Ahmedabad (Address as above) on 10/2/2009 and was directed by security people at gate to meet Ms Preeti Shah .I personally handed copies of all relevant papers and explained her the entire case in her office who assured to take action with in two three days .She gave her office telephone number as 079-30331620 and 30331834 .without getting promised response on my complaint I again spoke to Ms Preeti on telephone at 4 PM on 18/3/2009 when she once again assured to be informing me the status with in 10 minutes.

What is this happening in the offices of Reliance?

However I got Nodal officer Fax No on Net and faxed the copy of Email dtd 8/2/09 on Fax No 079-30331502 yesterday and hope that some concrete outcome is made after a long harassment to me.

Till date my complaint despite various Email reminders is unsolved

Kindly look into the matter sympathetically and help me in getting the compensation of Rs 50000 for this prolonged and unsolved harassment as at any cost I would not have their services for a new connection as I have already got a connection of BSNL at my residence.
