I have applied for Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance plan, Product Name Capital Unit Gain on 15/06/2007. The IC Mr. Jitendra Jain and STM Kum. Deepmala Gupta told me that upto 3 years you have to continue your policy thereafter you can withdraw or surrender your policy, and you will get the whole amount you deposited alongwith Income. My policy no. is 0053391170. I have deposited 10000/- per year upto three years. Now I wish to withdraw/surrender my policy & want to get back the money deposited by me.But when I asked to Bajaj LIC they are giving me only 21426/- as on 20/6/2006. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against BALIC and their IC and STM.What should I do,go to consumer court or file a criminal complaint u/s 406,420 IPC.
