Cheating by Flipkart

I have given order to Flipkart for mobile phone Infinix Hot S3 on date 12th February, and it was delivered to me on 15th February 2018. After using the Mobile immediately, we found camera quality is very very poor and not up to the mark as mentioned in the specification on flipcart web for the particular model. So, as per the refund/replacement policy of Flipcart, I have raised the return request, but no action taken place by flipcart. Finally they rejected the return request on 25th February. Many times, I have contacted them through their customer care/toll free no, but instead of resolution they have been harassed me. So, kindly look into my issue.
