I Usha Vidyarthi a Senior Citizen would like to bring to your notice that Mr Sanjay ( 9311482199) a co associate of Mr Sunil Gupta r/o SP -22 Ist floor Malviya Enclave Pitampura Delhi – 34, came to us on 11.3.2014, and by showing a leaflet booked a flat in Hamar Apna Ghar Parivar (HAGP). He asked us to fill a form and we give a cheque of Rs 31000/- (Rs Thirty One Thousand ) against the booking of that flat. And Issued a temporary receipt. We paid vide ch no : 277538 dated 16.3.2014 drawn on State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. After encasing the cheque By fraudulent means Mr Sanjay and Mr Sunil Gupta has changed the status of my payment and issued a final receipt for contribution towards social activities. When we asked for our payment they clearly refused and said the amount was for social activities and cannot be refunded. This is a clear cut case of cheating and fraud with my money. I request you to register a case under cheating section 420 of IPC act and all other sections which are applicable.

I want my amount back with interest, as they are not been able to provide us flats and they have closed their office.
