We hired a maid from SOS Mgmt Services in Jul 2012 and paid Rs 7500 towards their service fee. The maid worked fro 3 months and left on account of her mother’s death. Since then we have not received maid from the agency. Initially they were making promises to arrange it and now they have stopped picking up our call. They also don’t meet us in their office. We hired maid from agency to have continued service, as I am a working mother and have a 16 month old baby. We were promised that for one year I will have maid service. In case on any emergency also, they will give me temporary maid. In the absence of maid, i have to take multiple leaves from my work to find new maid (on my own) who can manage my baby and old parents.

We have lost Rs 7500 as service fee paid to the agency. Apart from that, I had to pay much more for temporary maid, who worked for me on a daily basis. I also lost my paid leaves as I had to be home take care of my baby and parents.

We want agency to return our money as we don’t believe they can continue to provide us service. I am also scared that they might put some bad person to get rid of us. We only want money return. It has caused enough mental tension and chaos in my personal and professional life.
