Citibank Telemarketing of Credit Card – Calls

Hi, I have been getting calls from CitiBank to avail a credit card.

Even When I requested them not to call me and that my no is in DNC [Do not Call] the keep on calling and disturbing me. The no I got the calls are 9250589399, 9250589403, 9213949467
