I ordered 2 items on shopclues.com I had paid the full amount online immediately on 6th May 2013. I have received 1 product only. Their site promises maximum 10 days for delivery. I had contacted them on 16th may. They replied that they are investigating the delay. Deadline is already over. Please issue them a warning.

I want the product I purchased ASAP or full Rs.264 refund.
