I am using TATA photon broadband device connection number 9212604607 since 2010 as a post paid user. On 6th April 2013. I have visited Tata photon office(G – 10 / 11, Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India) to convert my existing connection from post paid to PREPAID along with required documents as per suggested by the customer care and paid all dues till date then and there only. Now in the month of may they have generated bill on this device and asking me to pay it ASAP. After talking to customer care i came to know that they have not received any information till now to migrate my device from postpaid to PREPAID. I have visited Tata photon office again and the executive to whom i have submitted document and all these thing is no more with them so no one is interested to look into this issue.
I was not using this device from month of January 2013 and asked many time to customer care to convert this device into prepaid connection and due to their un-inability i had to pay fixed rental bill for three months up to march 2013. I have paid all due bill in march for this device and remaining on 6th of April 2013.
