On 15/01/2015 I got call from MICROMAX (Bogus) saying that you have won a Micromax canvas knight a350 in Lucky draw following which u will have to pay Rs.3500 that is the government tax amount. After receiving frequent calls from Mr. Sathish (the Bogus Caller) i placed the order and confirmed if it was a genuine piece, he agreed and asked to pay cash on delivery. On 23/01/2015 I got the parcel and paid the exact amount as confirmed to Fed Ex delivery boy. Inside the parcel it was a Yestel Mobile which is cheap basic model not even working. Immediately after receiving the Fake handset i called the same person but he was not answering the call.After calling from another mobile they picked phone and knowing me they cut the call. I have browsed internet and found they have cheated many in name of this.

I have paid rs. 3500 for this product. I need my money back my parents are scolding like anything. I don’t know what to do.I am mentally disturbed due to this incident. I request government to take serious action so that others wont be affected.
