Cheating in the name of AMC by Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard)

Hi All, I have an Aquaguard Nova and have made an Annual Maintenance Contract for 2 years commencing Aug 2011 for 2 years, and paid around Rs 2050/- which includes periodic service and replacing of candle-carbons when required. This is clearly mentioned in WRITTEN on the contract with Eureka forbes stamp and hologram on it. Now, when the candle-carbon needs to be replaced, the company is making a mockery of the contract, giving N number of excuses, and not ready the replace the candles. I have called up the customer care more than 10 times and escalated to all possible levels, but all that is useless. The below local franchisee said it is Aquaguards fault, and he cant do anything. On the Aquagard website, there is a contact number for last level escalation, of the so called OMBUDSMAN, who is available only 2 days a month to talk only between 2.30 to 4.30. I somehow managed to get hold of that person, who was a lady who politely noted my complaint and said they will get back. All this looks like a game, and Aquagard is playing a joke on the customer, who keeps on fighting to get the service for they have paid for.

If others are reading this.. I would recommend not to buy any Aquagard product, since you are stuck with their service and they keep sucking your money in the name of maintenance, and dont provide any service. Dhaivat
