The builder agreed to complete construction within 24 months frm the date of construction agreement date 28 october 2011. Only foundation done till now, which is also faulty and and columns have been rusted due to no work in progress and negligence. No work on site. We mentioned that we would like to quit the project and asked for refund of money. Builder has stopped taking our calls and avoids us.

We are paying our monthly EMIS to SBI homeloan for the entire housing loan money and not just the disbursed amounts. Undue financial hardship of 45769 per month for no work happening on site. Funds locked in with the bank and builder, and no respite or refund being provided from builders end.

We want our money paid to builder to be returned along with the non performance of the contract amount that was stated as 15000 per month and we want the interest that we paid to the bank from the date the project was shelved, from the builder as compensation of breach to the agreement of construction.
