My car is stopping randomly & jerking randomly. Complaint given several times & vehicle sent to service center more than 4 times but they are unable find the problem. Since the problem has been raised car has been in workshop for more than 45 day in totality. Every time vehicle is returned stating trail taken & no problem found. Vehicle is with dealership since 21/02/14 till date but only once the trail is taken by dealership representative & found no problem.

There was marriage in my family when I demanded a temporary vehicle which was confirmed by owner to be provided in 1 day but wasn’t given to me till date. I had to use this vehicle and my guests were troubled. They also saw how vehicle stopped. Mail to company was written but they only diverted it to dealership and the dealer is keeping my vehicle idol and keeping quite. This kind of performance of vehicle is highly un predictable and I have to travel all over Chhattisgarh for my business. If the vehicle stops in Naxal area who will be responsible? Due to such unpredictability I am forced not to use the vehicle hence it is with the dealer. No body from General Motors is concerned about it. Only once the call came from GM that your case is being referred to owner of dealer he will take action. But since then neither owner nor GM has even tried to contact me.

I want my vehicle to be properly diagnosed & written diagnosis should be given with rectification or replace my vehicle.
