Chevrolet – have been facing problems from the purchased vehicle since the time

I have purchased a car on 29th sep 2011 from nikhil automobiles and have been facing problems from the purchased vehicle since the time. its been a really pain in the head to get the vehicle serviced and correct all instructed problems listed during the service. I have been chasing the highest authorities till the general manager of the service centre but I see all the efforts being made falling on deaf ears. my car has hard door closing, all door alignments from the time of delivery are improper, interior dash board started fading in 6 months, outer crust of the engine was rusted,seats and dicky make squeaking noises, rear hand brakes dont get applied until strog force is applied, any replacement of parts if required arent easily available in stock,car service if dropped takes always 3 days or higher to return and many more still to be noted…. i need immediate help on this matter to make proper notification to the company and have been harassed and kept in dark and 100% over confident false commitments made by service instructors each time while returning the car. Please help me how do I sue this company and could get my part of compensation due to ill treatment and completely mishandling a car sold to me. I have invested my only money that was left to have a peace of mind to conduct my daily work and live a normal day to day life but instead I am left with a car which was sole to me which was old and troublesome without proper inspections. please help me REGARDS RIKEN +91-9819814215
