I gave them a packet for delivery (Birthday Gift) on October 6, 2013 in Mumbai to be delivered at Ankleshwar on October 9, 2013. The distance between Mumbai and Ankleshwar is not so much and they assured me the delivery of packet before 9-Oct-2013. The packet is not been delivered till October 10,2013. Their representative is not picking up the call, earlier he assured me delivery of the package but he has failed to do so. He even doesn’t have the courtesy to inform me whether my package has been lost or not. I took the number from Just Dial and it showed Just Dial verified so i think it is the onus of Just Dial as well to get the services delivered. I have the original receipt with me. The number of the receipt is 01013. I have lodged a complain with Just Dial Complaint cell they have also not supported me. The Complaint number is 249478. I have also written a mail to them regarding the same. Please find the mail as attachment. Thanks

I want a complete re-imbursement from the company for my gift as well as courier charges and an apology letter from them to person whom the gift was meant to be on urgent basis.
