I am using two mobile numbers 9999157208 (Vodafone & Postpaid) & 9560347734 (Airtel & Prepaid) in one phone. However when i got the monthly bill of my Vodafone number i came to know that i have been charged for making calls between mu two numbers and that too for approx 550 mins in a month. When i requested the Vodafone people to rectify their mistake, they denied me to do the same. They are telling me a different story that these calls are made between two different handsets having two different IMIE no’s which is not true and moreover they are not providing me the second IMEI number. The Vodafone people are indulging into fradulent practices to increase the bill of the customers as no one rarely checks their bill. Please take the strictest action against the company so that they do not defraud their customers. Also they are not even bothered to reply to the customer.

i want refund of my bill paid.
