I had purchased a laptop ACER Aspire 4752-Model No:MS2347 on 12-Jul-2012 (Invoice No: GRN/2012-13/536 from M/S Green Computers Ottapalam,Palakkad (dt),Kerala warrentied for 3 years from the purchase date mentioned above. Unfortunately within 8 months the laptop has been damaged twice and the same has been repaired by the service technicians.Even after the repair laptop showing more complaints including Key board panel broken and Multimedia Card slot missing. I had registered a complaint with acer.cc@intarvo.com on 3rd Oct 2013 but they did not respond clearly till date

Replace the entire system with a new one
