Non availability of spare parts ,Poor service , no response and feedback on parts. Met Mr. Santosh Shelar – Works Manager and also spoke to Mr. Vijay General Manager. When I call they say will inquire and call back, but there is no call. I have to call again and again. Even the General Manager is not sure when spares will be available. This incident has occurred twice , first time it was 10 days Car was not functional due to non-availability of spares and now it is 7 days and still no clarity.

I have to travel by Private Car and Taxi for my official work. till date from Wednesday to Monday spent Rs. 5000/- for Umbergaon visit on Saturday, also daily average taxi and auto expenses in 2000/- plus.Above this the torture for hunting Auto / Taxi in this extreme climate.
