1. At the time of deal it has been assured that the exchange will be settled down with Rs. 200000/- exchange whereas now they are telling that the exchange will be settled down @ Rs. 160000/-. No supporting documents are available with us. 2. The vehicle has been booked on 27.04.2013 which has been given to their accounts department & subsequent receipt has been issued to us. (Scan copy- Booking amount actually paid- 50K). But now they are saying that the receipt is fraud/ duplicate whereas stamp & sign is there on the document (you can refer the sign of Scan copy- Retail Invoice of vehicle). 3. I have picked up the vehicle on 05.05.2013 against Policy Scheme cum Certificate of Insurance. (Scan copy- Policy Scheme cum Certificate of Insurance Page-1 & Page-2). Pls confirm whether these are the valid documents for release of vehicle as per your SOP. 4. They have produced a receipt dated 10.05.2013 of Rs. 5000/- to us on day before yesterday as a booking amount which date comes after the vehicle release date (i.e.- 05.05.2013). (Scan copy- Receipt of Booking amount false- 5K). Also attaching the advertisement of Super Sales in which it has been clearly mentioned that minimum booking amount is Rs. 30000/-, then how could they handover the vehicle against Rs. 5000/- (Scan copy- Advertisement). 5. Today (17.07.2013), they have provided a Retail Invoice worth Rs. 544477/- but the invoice date is 05.05.2013. (Scan copy- Retail Invoice of vehicle). 6. Again another amount (Rs. 30000/-) deposited by me to their representative Late Tarinisen Swain who expired after the deal (i.e.- 10.07.2013). 7. The representative has asked us to deposit a amount of Rs. 192000/- to waive up the rest amount for which the loan has been taken from Axis Bank (Rs. 398000/-) after which we have deposited the same amount in cheques payable to Super Sales Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. As per below details: a. Cheque No- 926713 (SBI Bank) dated 28.06.2013 worth Rs. 151000/- which has been credited to 30327282913 (Super Sales Automobiles Pvt Ltd) on 28.06.2013. b. Cheque No- 926714 (SBI Bank) dated 28.06.2013 worth Rs. 24000/- which has been credited to 30327282913 (Super Sales Automobiles Pvt Ltd) on 02.07.2013. c. Cheque No- 926715 (SBI Bank) dated 28.06.2013 worth Rs. 17000/- which has been credited to 30327282913 (Super Sales Automobiles Pvt Ltd) on 02.07.2013.
