I booked my sony laptop through naaptol by netbanking on 29/11/2011 of ruppes 29645 . My order number is 2912714 .When i was booking it on site of naaptol then he showa me the order will be deliverd in 7-10 days.10 days was completed on 08/12/2011 but at present movement i am not getting my order.Yet i am also call to customer care as well as i write to CEO of the naaptol but they did not give me any response .I recived a call on 08 dec. From delhi in which they said that your order cannot processed because company stops the production of related model.but during booking time company shows the proper stocks for related model.
