I K.Santosh applicant and K.Aruna Latha Co-applicant applied for a HOME LOAN with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd., on 19/05/2014 vide D.D.No.378321, for Rs.2809/- (Rupees Two thousand Eight Hundred and Nine Only) in favor of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd., towards application log in fees, in process the company collected a D.D.No.008387, Dt.28/06/2014 , for Rs.23596/- (Rupees Twenty three Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Six Only), in favor of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd., towards processing fess and issued a sanction letter No.L65993TN1978PLC007576, Dt.30/06/2014 after a long delay in process on 05/08/2014 I received a statement from the company stating that they disbursed my loan amount of Rs.10,50,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) on 30/6/2014 and I was shocked by seeing the letter immediately I contacted the manager Mr.Narasimha Rao of Hyderabad Branch and informed about the letter he told me that he will check and clarify, the same day the First EMI through ECS has come to my account and returned UNPAID, I was once again shocked when I have not signed the ECS forms how it has come to my account again I contacted manager Mr.Narasimha Rao and informed he told me that he will revert and clarify, he reverted on 10/08/2014 not told me any thing about the ECS and told me that you have to pay the EMI then only we can process your disbursement immediately I made a payment vide D.D.No.517128, Dt.12/08/2014 , for Rs.15921/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty One Only) in favor of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd., towards First EMI Including cheque bounce Charges which I am not supposed to pay, after that they have collected the original documents of the property along with the link documents at the time I categorically contacted mr.Rao in how many days u will issue my cheque then he told me in 4 (Four) working days and I handed over the original documents to their executive they are wontedly dragging the issue saying one day and two days, saying morning and evening and on 21/08/2014 they blamed their credit manager and provided his contact details through SMS and I have called him trying to ask for the delay he was not responding properly and trying to blame me for the delay I was blasted on him over phone as per their advice only for the delay, he told me to speak with Mr.Rao and disconnected the call, the next i.e., 22/08/2014 I contacted Mr.Rao he told me that they are awaiting for the approval I will call back as soon as I will get the approval and he is not contacted me again I contacted Mr.Rao on 23/08/2014 he told your cheque is ready arrange for mortgage on Monday i.e., 25/08/2014 I prepared for the mortgage process and paid a Bank Challan Receipt No.903394, Dt25/08/2014, for Rs.6300/- (Rupees Six thousand three Hundred Only). for mortgage registration on Monday and on the same day I received a call from their executive Mr.Rajiv
