Chumbak Website – Customer Care

I purchased a mobile case through the Chumbak website on the 15th January. When the case arrived, it did not fit my phone properly and was conflicting with the volume and power buttons of my phone. i explained this defect to the customer care representatives and they are least bothered. I have also sent them emails regarding the same and they have stopped replying since 5 days.They do “no question returns” within 14 days of purchase as per their website. But they are not taking any action.
They want me to return the product to the company which is in bangalore. I paid Rs.400 for the case and then they expect me to again pay Rs.200 for returning the product back to their factory in bangalore. That, too when the product is defected. I want the company to arrange for a free pickup of the case from my residence in Pune and refund my money immediately.
