I have made a payment to (Phoenix ARC Private Limited) on nov,3 2014 by cheque amount of 21,212.00, for my Barclay credit card. But they didn’t clear the CIBIL for me, when I tried to contact them on jan2, 2015 they told me it will done in next 7days. I have contacted them again today jan27, 2015, and they told me that my cheque has been bounced. I have sent the copy of my bank statement, still they are not agreed with that. I am in deep trouble and looking someone who can help me, please do something.. Complaint number provided by them mentioned below 1-3219997980 1-3219997891
