I have applied online for a credit score and report at cibil website by paying Rs.470 on Feb 18th, 2014. The payment was successful and I uploaded the required documents as per their request on the same day itself. But till date even after several email communications they are not sending me the report nor refunding me the fees which I have paid.

I would like to get my Rs.470 back with interest and would like cibil to refund the money in future if they are not able to provide the service.
