I placed an order with cilory.com on 14/11/2013 (23:37:11) with Order id : 092545. i was not satisfied with the product’s size so i returned the product as per the guidelines given by cilory.com.The product was handed over to the fedex person(arranged by cilory.com itself) on 23 november 2013, the fedex person did not give me any receipt while he took the product back. I have been calling them almost everyday but there is no response from there side.Now they have stopped picking up my call. And whenever they picked my call they used to ask me about the receipt that i was suppose to receive from the fedex guy, Now its me who us suffering because of fedex guy’s mistake. And cilory.com is least bother to refund my money back.
