Dear Sir I went to watch movie on 6-jun-19 at Cinepolis greater Noida, while site was showing ticket as INR 120, at Cinepolis Billing Counter – I was asked to pay INR 720 for 3 tickets. 360 RS for ticket and another 360 RS for popcorn and cold drink combo. When I enquired why I have been charged extra biller told me that combo is mandatory and tickets are not be sold without it. Despite my request I was billed extra for combo I did not want. I request you to please look into this unjustified practice at Cinepolis, Grand Venice Mall Greater Noida. Where customer is harrassed by company to double their sales Thanks and regards. Deepak
