Applied for citi bank credit card 9th of May after a call from bank person. I got so many verification calls from citi bank to which I have responded. but I didn’t got my card till today and whenever I call to any of the contact person from citi bank they tell me to submit my address proof again which I have submitted earlier also along with application. I had already written to their head but no clarification from their side.

Either credit card or in case they are not able to process it I need all my documents back, because they didn’t issue me any card so they should not keep my documents as they may miss use my documents
